Honor Tablet 8 Launched With Snapdragon 680 SoC

In China, the Honor Tablet 8 has been released. The tablet from the Chinese manufacturer will run Magic UI 6.1 and be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 680 SoC.

Along with other features, the Honor tablet will include 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. A 12-inch IPS display is believed to be included with the Tablet 8. 

The tablet has a 7,250mAh battery, and according to the manufacturer, the standby time may last up to 59 days, and charging takes around 126 minutes. There are three colour choices for the Honor Tablet 8.

Price of Honor Tablet 8

The basic edition of the Honor Tablet 8 has a price of CNY 1,499 (about Rs. 17,700). During the pre-sale, it is offered for CNY 1,399 (about Rs. 16,500). 

Additionally, the tablet will be sold for CNY 1,799 (about Rs. 21,250) and CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 23,600) in 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB storage configurations, respectively.

The tablet has three colour choices: Dawn Blue, Dawn Gold, and Mint Green.

Specifications for the Honor Tablet 8

A 12-inch IPS multi-touch screen with 2,000×1,200 resolution, 195PPI, and a maximum brightness of 350nits is included on the Honor Tablet 8. 

In case you forgot, the Chinese company’s tablet will be driven by an octa-core Snapdragon 680 SoC with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage.

The Honor Tablet 8 has a 5-megapixel back camera for images and videos and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. 

The available connectivity choices are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, and a USB Type-C connection with USB OTG capability. 

An accelerometer and an ambient light sensor are among the sensors on board.

There is one microphone and eight speakers on the tablet. The manufacturer estimates a charge time of around 126 minutes and a standby duration of up to 59 days for the device’s 7,250mAh battery. The Honor Tablet 8 is 278.54x 174.06×6.9mm in size and 520g in weight.
