Samsung Galaxy A04 was spotted on NBTC database before launch

Last week, a new Samsung smartphone with the model number SM-A045F/DS was discovered on the FCC database.

The Samsung Galaxy A04 has now been identified as the name of the smartphone on the web pages for NBTC and BIS certification.

According to the previous FCC filing, the battery size of the gadget is 4900mAh. Additionally, a 15W quick charging function is disclosed.

The device was also discovered on the WiFi alliance database, which showed that it supported the 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi standard and the Wi-Fi ac/n/a/b/g bands.

The listing also disclosed that Android 12 with the OneUI 4.1 overlay would be pre-installed on the smartphone.

But this is not the only low-cost smartphone that Samsung has in the works; the Samsung Galaxy A04s has previously been the subject of internet renderings and has been seen on Geekbench.

The Galaxy A04s, which has an octa-core Exynos 850 processor and 3GB RAM, was also seen on Geekbench last month.

At least two RAM and storage configurations of the gadget are anticipated at launch.

The Exynos 850 chipset in the smartphone suggests it won’t have a 5G connection.
