Marvel cover hints potential Fortnite Gwen Stacy skin: Fans of Into the Spider-Verse may finally witness a Gwen Stacy crossover since Fortnite has a long and successful relationship with Spider-Man.

Thanks to a new Marvel cover, Twitter is exploding with anticipation for Gwen Stacy’s Spider-Woman: The Animated Series.

Gwen Stacy is a popular character in comics. Despite her terrible death, various versions of Gwen have rebuilt her into one of the most intriguing and engaging characters in the Spider-Verse.

New Spider-Man material leak only a few days ago. And it included a brand-new “Spidey Landing” emote and “Web Slicer” pickaxe, as shown here:

The photographs show that these new things will include in the “Zero War” collection. Which corresponds to the Zero War marvel cover featuring Gwen Stacy.

Gwen revisits Miles in Into the Spider-Verse, and the first short teaser for Across the Spider-Verse shows a complete sequence between them.

Gwen is undoubtedly a driving force behind Sony’s animated Spider-Verse. Which widely regard as one of the greatest (if not the best) Spider-Man adaptations ever. But, of course, that’s saying something considering the critical acclaim and box office success of No Way Home.

Fans are already talking about the possibility of a Gwen Stacy skin and her own emote and pickaxe designs in Fortnite.

Unhooded Gwen, for example, would be a fun look. And any of her Into the Spider-Verse postures would be a great inspiration. Gwenpool, the popular mix between Gwen and Deadpool, has even mention by sure fans.

In the end, this would an excellent chance for Fortnite to try something fresh. Traditional Spider-Man has already gotten a lot of love, as seen by the No Way Home tie-in.
