Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Has Been Introduced

Realme’s first Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 smartphone, the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition, was finally released in China. 

The GT 2 Master Explorer Edition has a cutting-edge high-end Snapdragon CPU in addition to a stylish design, a specialized Pixelworks X7 graphics chip, and other features. Here are the specifics to investigate.

Specifications and Features of the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition

The Realme GT 2 Master Edition borrows features from the GT Neo 3, such as flat edges, a rectangular camera hump with a rectangular layout for the rear cameras, and a punch-hole screen. 

It is available in the hues Wilderness, Cangyan, and Iceland. However, the color choice in Wilderness stands out since it boasts the “aviation-grade” aluminum center frame and the iconic hard case design.

The 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display on the front boasts a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 360Hz, and an instantaneous sampling rate of up to 1000Hz. It supports 1.07 billion colors, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and HDR10+.

With 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage and 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU is included. 

For a better gaming experience that includes a fast frame rate, great picture quality, low latency, and low battery consumption, Realme has included a specialized X7 graphics processor built in partnership with PixelWorks in addition to the Adreno GPU. 

These are secured with the aid of super-resolution and 4x frame insertion technologies. The GT Mode 3.0 and pressure-sensitive shoulder keys are additional features geared for gamers.

For the 8GB+128GB model, the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition costs CNY 3,499 (about Rs 41,400), for the 8GB+256GB model, CNY 3,799 (roughly Rs 44,900), and for the 12GB+256GB model, CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs47,300).

It is already available for pre-order in China and will be on sale on July 19.
