The new iQOO Z6 model is reportedly in development

A new report has revealed that iQOO is planning on launching a new Z6 model. This new handset seems to have certain advantages over the previous Z6 smartphone, particularly in terms of quick charging.

A CNMO report claims that the Chinese smartphone manufacturer intends to introduce a new version of the iQOO Z6 model.

It is still unclear, in other words, if the new smartphone is a new Z6 series model or just a new, updated Z6 phone. For those unaware, the prior Z6 model’s 6.44-inch AMOLED display and capability for 44W fast charging were its two standout features.

However, according to the report, the upcoming Z6 model will offer faster 80W rapid charging. Unfortunately, it seems that the corporation will switch to an LCD panel with a greater 120Hz refresh rate.

Additionally, according to the latest report, the phone would be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 series mobile CPU.

Notably, the original iQOO Z6 model had an internal storage capacity of 128GB and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 engine with up to 8GB of RAM.

Therefore, we anticipate that the RAM and internal storage combinations of the upcoming Z6 model will be comparable.
