Paris Hilton threw a big party for her son Phoenix’s 1st birthday. The party had an Under the Sea theme in her backyard.

There were decorations in blue and green, fish-shaped balloons, and a natural clam with the hashtag SlivingMomPearl.

Celebrity guests like Kelly Osbourne, Rumer Willis, and Lance Bass were there with their kids.
