Oppo Reno 8 series launch in India

The Chinese business stated on Tuesday that the Oppo Reno 8 series would be released in India on July 18. 

The Reno 8 Pro and standard Reno 8 will be part of the series. The following Oppo phones have been touted as having a unibody design. 

The Oppo Reno 8 Pro in the series will undoubtedly include a MariSilicon X Imaging NPU. 

In May, the smartphone manufacturer introduced the Reno 8 series in China. 

Along with the Reno 8 series, Oppo may introduce the Pad Air as its newest tablet in the Indian market.

Oppo Reno 8 series India launch details

According to a tweet from the business, the Oppo Reno 8 series India launch will begin at 6 p.m. on July 18. 

On the Oppo website, a particular page has also been made to generate excitement before the debut.

Flipkart has also created a new website to tease the online availability of the Oppo Reno 8 series.

Price of the Oppo Reno 8 Pro in India (expected)

While the Oppo Reno 8 is expected to cost between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 33,000, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro is expected to cost between Rs. 45,000 and Rs. 46,000. 

According to reports, the two Oppo Reno phones come in three different configurations: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB + 256GB storage, and 12GB + 256GB storage. 

Additionally, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro could come in Glazed Black and Glazed Green colours, as opposed to the Oppo Reno 8, which is said to come in Shimmer Black and Shimmer Gold colours.

Oppo introduced the Reno 8 Pro in May, pricing the entry-level 8GB + 128GB variant at CNY 2,999 (about Rs. 35,400). 

For the same 8GB + 128GB combination, the Reno 8 launched for a starting price of CNY 2,499 (about Rs. 29,500).

Specifications for the Oppo Reno 8 Pro

China’s Oppo Reno 8 Pro has an octa-core Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC and a 6.62-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. 

The MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset, however, is said to be in the Reno 8 Pro’s worldwide edition.

The Oppo Reno 8 Pro has a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a triple-back camera arrangement. 

A 32-megapixel selfie camera sensor is also included on the front of the phone. It has a 4,500mAh battery and supports 80W rapid charging.

Specifications for the Oppo Reno 8

A 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixel) AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate is included with the Oppo Reno 8 in China. 

The phone has a triple-back camera arrangement with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC. 

A 32-megapixel selfie camera sensor is also included in the device, which also has a 4,500mAh battery and 80W rapid charging.
