Oppo Pad Air India Launch Expected Soon as Tablet Receives BIS Certification: Report

The introduction of the Oppo Pad Air in India is expected to come shortly since the tablet has reportedly been approved by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

The tablet and the Oppo Reno 8 series of smartphones were expected to debut in India by July. After the original Oppo Pad, the tablet was released in China last month as the company’s first product.

The Oppo tablet has a 10.36-inch display and a compact 6.94mm profile. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC powers it.

According to tipster Mukul Sharma, the Oppo Pad Air with model number OPD2102A has been seen on the BIS certifications website. It was released with the Oppo Reno 8, Oppo Reno 8 Pro, and Oppo Reno 8 Pro+ smartphones in China last month.

While a release date and other information aren’t yet available, both the Oppo tablet and smartphone series will probably be released in India simultaneously. According to a current source, the gadgets might be launched in India by July.
