Nothing Phone 1 Receives OS Version 1.1.3 Update

Nothing Phone 1 users in India have begun to get the new Nothing OS version 1.1.3 upgrade. Online, a corporate leader revealed the new OS version’s progressive rollout.

According to the changelog, the update includes new features, several camera enhancements, bug fixes, and speed improvements.

The update weighs 64.33MB. In July of this year, the 50-megapixel dual back camera configuration and glyph user interface of the Nothing Phone 1 was introduced in India. The device also has a 6.55-inch OLED screen.

The Nothing CEO, Carl Pei, recently announced on Twitter that OTA updates for the Nothing Phone 1 had begun gradually rolling out OS version 1.1.3.

According to the changelog, the latest version brings new features, several camera enhancements, bug fixes, and speed improvements. The update weighs 64.33MB.

The business has included a setting that enables users to activate Google’s Adaptive Battery to “intelligently” maximise battery life in Nothing OS version 1.1.3. For third-party applications, the fingerprint verification user interface has also been updated.

According to the changelog, photos are automatically optimised for colour and brightness when employing Glyph lighting. The selfie camera’s ability to capture more explicit images has also been enhanced.

The update speeds up the processing of HDR and Night Mode photos. Additional camera enhancements include deeper colour saturation when utilising the ultra-wide camera and less noise and improved clarity when using the zoom. The update also reminds users to clean the camera lenses on their Nothing Phone 1.

The new Nothing OS version 1.1.3 resolves a fault that caused Twitter and the Google Play Store to stutter and other common bugs.

The update also fixes a problem that prevented the mobile hotspot from working correctly. The latest version also fixed a fault that caused the lock screen to crash when a user touched on a notification and attempted to use the fingerprint scanner. In addition, the company “polished” a few minor user interface details.

Recall that in July of this year, the Nothing Phone 1 was introduced in India. The device has a 6.55-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC and up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM power it.
