Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 2

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 2: Nintendo has developed a practice of making new announcements without much fanfare. It did it with the most recent teaser for Bayonetta 3, which announced the game’s release date.

And it did it again today by sharing a clip for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s upcoming DLC racetracks.
As previously mentioned, Wave 2 will debut on August 4 and include two more cups, each holding four racetracks.

As a reminder, the additional songs will download right away if you have purchased the Booster Course Pass.
You may also get the Booster Course Pass free if you have the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pass.

The Turnip Cup has the tracks New York Minute from Mario Kart Tour for mobile devices. Mario Circuit 3 from Super Mario Kart for the SNES, Kalimari Desert from Mario Kart 64 for the Nintendo 64, and Waluigi Pinball. A fan favorite course from Mario Kart DS.

The Mario Kart Tour course Sydney Sprint, Mushroom Gorge from Mario Kart Wii, Snow Land from Mario Kart: Super Circuit for the GBA, and Sky-High Sundae.

A unique circuit with a dessert theme is all included in the Propeller Cup. You’ll require to sprint on top of ice cream and ice cube strips in the final one.

Including Sky-High Sundae indicates that other original songs may release in the future. However, it was reasonable to expect that the Booster Course Pass would only include existing tunes from past games.

The video further says that the Sky-High Sundae will also debut in Mario Kart Tour, albeit at an undetermined time.

Data mining has previously raised suspicions that the New York Minute and Sydney Sprint have been included in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. However, none of the other Wave 2 music includes in that leak.

It is a little more challenging to forecast which songs will include later, given that we are aware that additional tracks might still add.

Unsurprisingly, there is no information on the arrival date of Wave 3. Five months elapsed between Waves 1 and 2. So it’s unclear whether we’ll have to wait another five months for Wave 3.
