One more glitch appears to be plaguing the Google Pixel 6 series. Some Pixel owners say that their phones don’t ring when they get a new call.
Google’s Pixel 6 series never seems to run out of bugs, Android Central says, and the most recent one is a big deal for people who make a lot of phone calls.
The report said that the device might not answer your calls at random without your permission.
Many people who use Reddit say that their Pixel 6 and 6 Pro automatically reject some phone calls from their favourite contacts before their phones even ring.
“My phone doesn’t show that someone tried to call me at least 4 or more times a week. When I check my call log, it says the call was turned down, which I didn’t do. Face up on the desk or table; I don’t even see the call come through, “A person wrote on Reddit.
What makes things even worse is that there is no missed call notification. Their call log shows a history of rejected calls even though there was no call on their screen.
The tech company hasn’t said anything yet.
The problem doesn’t disappear even if you turn off every setting that could affect phone calls, like Do Not Disturb and Wi-Fi calling.
