With “Chakda Xpress,” Anushka Sharma will return to the big screen. She will see as Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami in the film.
The film focuses on Jhulan’s career highlights, from persuading her parents and shattering prejudices to her ascent to being one of the best female cricketers India has ever produced. Later in 2022, the movie is scheduled for release.
Saiyami Kher, well known for her performance in “Breath: Into The Shadows,” will soon try to portray a cricket player in R. Balki’s “Groomer.”
In this movie, which also features Abhishek Bachchan, he will play the character of her coach.
It’s interesting that Saiyami represented Maharashtra in school-level cricket and even earned the national team selection. Her portrayal of a cricket player should thus be flawless.
Taapsee Pannu, renowned for bringing about a significant change in the portrayal of women through her versatile roles, is getting ready to return to the big screen in “Shabaash Mithu” as “Mithali Raj,” the former captain of the Indian women’s national cricket team.
The movie will follow Mithali Raj’s journey as she overcame all obstacles to become one of India’s finest female cricketers.

The cast of “Spike,” a Hindi-language sports drama, is led by Rasika Dugal, whose most recent work includes the second “Mirzapur” part. Dugal will portray a volleyball coach in the series, which Nishtha Shailajan and Dhaval Shah will direct.
The actress trained in volleyball for three months in Mumbai to prepare for the job. We have great hopes for this movie since it has such an impressive cast!
For the film “Mr & Mrs. Mahi,” produced by Karan Johar and directed by Sharan Sharma, Janhvi Kapoor will again work with Rajkummar Rao.
The actress from Dhadak will play the role of Mahima in the cricket-themed movie.
Although the film’s creators haven’t provided many details about the storyline, we know that Mr. and Mrs. Mahi bill as a touching tale about cricketing dreams.
